Week before colonic

One week before cut out all white products, especially dairy. This includes, dairy, white flour, wheat products, white rice. All carbonated liquids especially diet soda (gives you the worst colonics; bad cramping!) Drink one fresh vegetable juice daily on an empty stomach. Focus on eating a diet of lean proteins, whole grains, lots of vegetables and fruit.


 
 

Day before colonic

Have two juices that day and some beets with dinner the night before.


 
 

Day of colonic

Eat lightly. No food two hours before. No liquids one hour before.


 
 

Day after colonic


Soon after colonic drink a fresh vegetable juice. Eat light meals consisting of either brown rice and veggies or lean protein and veggies or broth based soups or salads. No raw fish, alcohol, dairy or carbonated liquids.
